Refund policy

Returns — At Delivery Only
Returns are accepted at the moment of delivery only, while the courier is still with you. Please open and inspect your order in front of the courier. Once the courier leaves, returns are no longer accepted.

After Delivery — Exchanges Only
Once the courier has left, your order is eligible for exchange only. Item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags and original packaging.

Exchanges
Size exchanges depend on stock. If unavailable: choose another item or get store credit.

Damaged / Wrong / Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours with order number + photos. If confirmed our error, we'll replace, exchange, or refund.

Refunds
Refunds apply only to orders returned to the courier at the time of delivery, or to cases confirmed as our error. Processed to original payment method after inspection. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
